Service Description
Adal is a webhook delivery, inspection, and debugging service for developers and teams.
The Service allows you to create and manage Servers that can receive HTTP requests from third-party services, applications, scripts, tools, or other systems. When a Request is received by a Server, Adal may process, store, display, replay, and deliver that Request according to your configuration, applicable limits, and the technical operation of the Service.
Depending on the features available in your Account or Plan, the Service may include functionality such as:
- creating and managing webhook Servers
- receiving and inspecting Requests
- viewing Request headers, bodies, query parameters, timestamps, source information, and technical metadata
- configuring Destinations for Request delivery
- delivering Requests to configured Destinations
- delivering Requests to local environments through the Adal CLI
- replaying previously received Requests
- viewing Delivery status, Delivery attempts, errors, and related technical logs
- managing limits, retention, tokens, and other Service settings
Adal is intended to help with webhook development, debugging, testing, local development, inspection, delivery monitoring, and related operational workflows.
Adal is not intended to be used as a permanent data storage system, legal archive, compliance record system, payment processor, authentication provider, security gateway, or replacement for your own application logs, queues, databases, backups, or monitoring systems.
The Service may evolve over time. We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, limits, plans, or technical behavior where necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, abuse prevention, product development, or operational reasons.
You are responsible for configuring the Service correctly for your use case, including your Servers, Destinations, replay actions, delivery settings, CLI usage, retention settings, and any systems that send Requests to or receive Requests from Adal.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not use the Service to receive, send, replay, forward, store, or process Requests or User Data that are illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise violate the rights of others.
You must not use the Service to:
- send, forward, relay, or facilitate spam, phishing, malware, credential theft, scams, or other abusive traffic
- attack, scan, overload, disrupt, or interfere with any system, network, service, account, device, or infrastructure
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users’ Accounts, third-party systems, private networks, or data that you are not authorized to access
- use Servers, Destinations, Replay, or the Adal CLI to bypass access controls, rate limits, security restrictions, anti-abuse systems, or usage limits
- configure Destinations that you do not own, control, or have permission to use
- intentionally send Requests to third-party systems in a way that could cause harm, unexpected side effects, excessive load, or unauthorized actions
- collect, store, transmit, or expose secrets, passwords, private keys, access tokens, payment card data, health data, or other highly sensitive information unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards
- use the Service to violate privacy rights, intellectual property rights, contractual obligations, or applicable laws or regulations
- reverse engineer, copy, modify, resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service except as expressly permitted by Adal
- use the Service in a way that negatively affects the security, stability, availability, performance, or reputation of Adal, other users, or third parties
You are responsible for ensuring that any systems sending Requests to Adal and any Destinations receiving Requests from Adal are configured lawfully, securely, and with proper authorization.
You are also responsible for the consequences of any Request delivery, Replay, or forwarding action initiated from your Account, including any side effects caused by delivering the same Request more than once.
We may investigate suspected abuse or violations of these Terms. We may suspend, restrict, rate limit, block, remove, or disable access to any Account, Server, Destination, Request, User Data, or feature if we reasonably believe that it violates these Terms, creates risk, or may harm Adal, other users, third parties, or the Service.
User Data and Webhook Content
When you use the Service, Adal may receive, process, store, display, transmit, and delete User Data as necessary to provide and operate the Service.
User Data may include, but is not limited to:
- HTTP request methods, URLs, paths, query parameters, headers, and bodies
- source IP addresses, user agents, timestamps, status codes, and technical metadata
- Server, Destination, Delivery, Replay, and CLI configuration
- Delivery attempts, Delivery results, error messages, logs, and diagnostic information
- Account settings, Plan information, usage limits, and related operational data
You retain any rights that you have in your User Data. You grant Adal the limited right to host, process, store, transmit, display, copy, and use User Data only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, debug, improve, and support the Service, and to comply with applicable law.
You are responsible for the User Data that you send to, store in, or transmit through the Service. This includes responsibility for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, consents, and legal basis to process and transmit such data through Adal.
You should not send highly sensitive information to Adal unless it is necessary for your use case and you have appropriate safeguards in place. Highly sensitive information may include, but is not limited to, passwords, private keys, access tokens, API secrets, payment card data, government identification numbers, health information, biometric data, or other regulated or confidential information.
Adal is designed for webhook inspection, debugging, replay, and delivery workflows. Because webhook requests may contain sensitive headers, secrets, tokens, personal data, or business data, you are responsible for configuring the systems that send Requests to Adal and for reviewing what data they include.
Adal may display User Data in the dashboard, make it available through the API, use it for Delivery and Replay, and include related metadata in logs, Delivery history, debugging tools, or support workflows.
You are responsible for controlling access to your Account and for deciding who may view or manage User Data within the Service.
Adal does not claim ownership of your User Data. However, Adal may retain, process, or disclose User Data where necessary to operate the Service, investigate abuse, prevent security incidents, enforce these Terms, comply with legal obligations, or respond to lawful requests.
More information about how Adal handles personal data may be provided in the Privacy Policy.
Retention and Deletion
Adal stores User Data only as needed to provide, operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service, subject to the applicable Plan, feature settings, technical limits, and operational requirements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, your Plan, your configuration, and the technical operation of the Service. For example, received Requests, Request bodies, headers, Delivery history, logs, diagnostic information, and usage data may have different retention periods.
Adal is not intended to be used as permanent storage, a backup system, a legal archive, or a compliance record system. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of any data that you need to preserve outside the Service.
Where the Service provides deletion controls, you may delete certain User Data, such as Requests, Servers, Destinations, tokens, or Account-related configuration. Deleting a Server or Destination may prevent future use of that configuration, but it may not immediately delete all related logs, metadata, Delivery history, backups, or records that Adal is required or reasonably needs to retain.
Adal may automatically delete, expire, archive, anonymize, or aggregate User Data after the applicable retention period, when limits are exceeded, when data is no longer needed, or when required for security, legal, operational, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Deleted User Data may continue to exist for a limited period in backups, logs, caches, audit records, or other internal systems before being permanently removed or overwritten according to Adal’s normal data lifecycle.
We may retain certain information for a longer period where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, maintain security, calculate usage, process billing, or preserve the integrity of the Service.
If you stop using the Service or your Account is suspended or terminated, Adal may delete or retain User Data in accordance with these Terms, the applicable Plan, the Privacy Policy, and our operational or legal requirements.
Delivery, Replay and Reliability
Adal attempts to deliver Requests to configured Destinations according to your settings, applicable limits, and the technical operation of the Service.
Delivery may be performed directly by Adal or through the Adal CLI, depending on your configuration. A Delivery attempt may succeed, fail, be delayed, be retried, be skipped, or remain pending for various reasons, including Destination unavailability, invalid configuration, network issues, DNS issues, TLS errors, authentication failures, rate limits, timeout settings, CLI disconnection, Service maintenance, or other technical conditions.
Adal does not guarantee that every Request will be delivered successfully, delivered within a specific time, delivered only once, or delivered in the original order. Adal also does not guarantee exactly-once delivery, uninterrupted delivery, or permanent availability of Delivery history.
You are responsible for configuring your Destinations correctly, keeping them available, handling authentication and authorization, validating incoming Requests, and monitoring the behavior of systems that receive Requests from Adal.
Replay may cause a previously received Request to be delivered again. You are responsible for understanding and controlling the effects of Replay, including any duplicate actions, repeated side effects, repeated API calls, repeated notifications, repeated payments, repeated state changes, or other consequences in your systems or third-party systems.
You should design Destinations that receive Requests from Adal to be idempotent where duplicate Delivery or Replay could cause side effects.
Adal may retry failed Deliveries according to the configuration, Plan limits, internal policies, or technical behavior of the Service. Retries may result in the same Request being delivered more than once.
Delivery status, Delivery history, logs, error messages, and diagnostic information are provided for debugging and operational visibility. They may not always reflect the full state of your Destination, local environment, third-party systems, or downstream processing.
A successful Delivery status means that Adal or the Adal CLI received a response from the configured Destination according to the Service’s delivery logic. It does not guarantee that the Destination processed the Request correctly, completed a business operation, committed data, or produced the intended result.
A failed Delivery status means that Adal or the Adal CLI did not complete the Delivery attempt according to the Service’s delivery logic. It does not always mean that the Destination did not receive or partially process the Request.
You are responsible for implementing appropriate logging, monitoring, deduplication, validation, error handling, and recovery mechanisms in your own systems.
Adal may limit, delay, pause, retry, disable, or stop Delivery or Replay where necessary for security, abuse prevention, rate limiting, system stability, legal compliance, maintenance, or protection of Adal, users, or third parties.
Adal CLI and Local Delivery
Adal CLI is a command-line application that allows Requests received by Adal to be delivered to local environments, private networks, development servers, or other Destinations configured by you.
When you use Adal CLI, you are responsible for installing, configuring, running, updating, and securing it in your own environment. This includes responsibility for your local machine, server, network, firewall, operating system, runtime environment, credentials, access tokens, and any services that receive Requests through Adal CLI.
Requests delivered through Adal CLI may be forwarded to local or private Destinations, including services running on addresses such as localhost, 127.0.0.1, private IP addresses, internal hostnames, or other user-controlled URLs. You are responsible for ensuring that each configured Destination is correct, safe, authorized, and intended to receive such Requests.
You must not use Adal CLI to access, scan, attack, overload, bypass, or interfere with systems, networks, services, or data that you do not own, control, or have permission to use.
Adal CLI may establish an outbound connection from your environment to Adal in order to receive and deliver Requests. You are responsible for understanding and approving this connection, as well as any security, compliance, network, or operational implications of running Adal CLI in your environment.
Delivery through Adal CLI depends on factors outside Adal’s control, including your device, server, internet connection, firewall rules, proxy configuration, DNS resolution, local Destination availability, operating system behavior, CLI version, and runtime errors.
If Adal CLI is disconnected, stopped, outdated, misconfigured, blocked by a firewall, unable to authenticate, or unable to reach a configured Destination, Delivery may fail, be delayed, remain pending, or be retried according to the Service’s behavior and your configuration.
You are responsible for validating and handling Requests received through Adal CLI. Adal does not verify that your local Destination processed a Request correctly, completed a business operation, or produced the intended result.
You should not expose local services, internal tools, development servers, administrative interfaces, databases, or other sensitive systems through Adal CLI unless you understand the risks and have appropriate safeguards in place.
You are responsible for any effects caused by delivering Requests through Adal CLI, including duplicate Deliveries, Replay actions, state changes, local commands, API calls, database writes, notifications, or other side effects in your systems.
Adal may change, update, limit, suspend, or discontinue Adal CLI features, protocols, authentication methods, supported versions, or technical behavior where necessary for security, reliability, compatibility, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or product development.
Plans, Limits and Billing
Adal may offer free, paid, trial, usage-based, or custom Plans. Each Plan may include different features, limits, quotas, retention periods, usage volumes, support levels, or other conditions.
Plan limits may apply to, among other things:
- number of Servers
- number of Destinations
- number of received Requests
- number of Delivery attempts
- number of Replay actions
- Request body size
- storage volume
- retention period
- API usage
- CLI connections
- rate limits
- team members or seats
- access to specific features
Your use of the Service is subject to the limits of your current Plan and any additional limits, policies, or technical restrictions published by Adal.
If you exceed your Plan limits, Adal may limit, delay, reject, pause, disable, or stop receiving, storing, delivering, replaying, or displaying Requests. Adal may also require you to upgrade your Plan, reduce usage, delete data, or adjust your configuration.
Some limits may be enforced automatically and may vary depending on technical conditions, abuse prevention requirements, infrastructure capacity, security needs, or operational reasons.
If paid Plans are available, prices, billing periods, included usage, overage fees, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and refund conditions will be shown on the pricing page, checkout page, order form, invoice, or other applicable billing interface.
By purchasing a paid Plan, you authorize Adal or its payment provider to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and other amounts according to the selected Plan and billing terms.
Payments, invoices, taxes, subscription management, refunds, chargebacks, and payment method processing may be handled by third-party payment providers or merchants of record. Their own terms, policies, and privacy notices may apply.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly stated by Adal or the applicable payment provider.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping your payment method valid and up to date.
If a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or remains unpaid, Adal may suspend, restrict, downgrade, or terminate access to paid features, your Account, or the Service.
Adal may change Plans, prices, limits, included usage, features, or billing terms from time to time. Where required or reasonable, Adal will provide notice before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means that you accept the updated Plan, limits, prices, or billing terms.
Downgrading, cancelling, or failing to renew a paid Plan may result in loss of access to paid features, reduced limits, shorter retention periods, disabled Deliveries or Replay, or deletion of User Data that exceeds the limits of the new or expired Plan.
You are responsible for monitoring your usage and understanding how your configuration affects usage. For example, delivering one received Request to multiple Destinations may count as multiple Delivery attempts or billable units, depending on the applicable Plan.
Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with, depend on, or provide access to third-party services, platforms, infrastructure providers, payment providers, identity providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, email providers, APIs, libraries, or other external systems.
Third-party services may be used for purposes such as hosting, networking, storage, authentication, payment processing, subscription management, invoicing, email delivery, analytics, monitoring, logging, security, customer support, or other operational needs.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms, policies, privacy notices, fees, limits, availability, and technical requirements provided by those third parties. Adal is not responsible for third-party terms, policies, actions, omissions, outages, errors, security incidents, changes, pricing, or availability.
Adal does not control third-party services and does not guarantee that they will remain available, compatible, secure, unchanged, or suitable for your use case.
If a third-party service becomes unavailable, changes its behavior, changes its terms, limits access, increases costs, discontinues functionality, or otherwise affects the Service, Adal may modify, limit, suspend, replace, or discontinue related Service features.
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any third-party terms that apply to your use of external systems together with Adal. This includes any systems that send Requests to Adal and any Destinations that receive Requests from Adal.
When you configure Adal to receive Requests from or deliver Requests to a third-party service, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, credentials, and authorization to do so.
Adal is not responsible for any data loss, failed Delivery, duplicate Delivery, delayed Delivery, unauthorized action, billing issue, account restriction, security issue, or other consequence caused by third-party services or by your configuration of third-party services.
References, links, integrations, examples, documentation, or compatibility with third-party services do not imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or responsibility unless expressly stated by Adal.
Security
Adal takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Service, User Data, Accounts, infrastructure, and related systems. However, no service, network, storage system, transmission method, or security control can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for using the Service securely. This includes protecting your Account credentials, access tokens, API keys, Server URLs, CLI credentials, payment credentials, devices, servers, networks, and any systems connected to or configured with Adal.
You must not share credentials, tokens, API keys, Server URLs, or other sensitive access materials with unauthorized third parties. You are responsible for promptly rotating or revoking credentials if you believe they may have been exposed, leaked, misused, or compromised.
You are responsible for securing your Destinations, local services, servers, private networks, firewalls, applications, and systems that send Requests to or receive Requests from Adal.
You must not attempt to bypass, disable, overload, test without authorization, probe, scan, exploit, reverse engineer, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, Adal infrastructure, other users’ Accounts, third-party systems, or connected services.
You must not use the Service to introduce, transmit, store, deliver, or replay malware, malicious code, harmful payloads, exploit attempts, credential theft attempts, or other security threats.
If you discover a vulnerability, security issue, data exposure, unauthorized access, or other security concern related to Adal, you must report it to us promptly and must not exploit it, publicly disclose it before responsible review, access data that does not belong to you, disrupt the Service, or harm Adal, users, or third parties.
Adal may investigate security issues, suspected abuse, unauthorized access, or potential violations of these Terms. We may suspend, restrict, rotate, revoke, delete, disable, rate limit, block, or otherwise modify access to Accounts, tokens, Servers, Destinations, Requests, Deliveries, CLI sessions, or Service features where necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties, or Adal.
Adal may maintain logs, audit records, security events, monitoring data, and diagnostic information as necessary to detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to security incidents, abuse, fraud, operational issues, or violations of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security controls in your own systems, including authentication, authorization, request validation, signature verification, secret management, logging, monitoring, deduplication, backups, and incident response procedures.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including the Adal website, dashboard, API, Adal CLI, documentation, software, source code, object code, design, user interface, visual elements, text, graphics, logos, names, trademarks, service marks, product names, domain names, and other materials provided by Adal, is owned by Adal or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights in the Service, Adal software, Adal branding, documentation, or other Adal materials to you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Adal grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your internal development, testing, debugging, operational, or business purposes.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, resell, provide access to, publicly display, publicly perform, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code from, or create derivative works based on the Service or any part of it, except where expressly permitted by Adal, by applicable law, or by an applicable open-source license.
If any part of the Service, including the Adal CLI, SDKs, examples, libraries, or other materials, is made available under an open-source license, your use of that part is governed by the applicable open-source license. These Terms do not limit any rights granted to you under such license.
You retain ownership of your User Data. Adal does not claim ownership of Requests, Request bodies, headers, payloads, configuration, logs, or other User Data submitted to, transmitted through, or stored in the Service by you.
You grant Adal a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, store, copy, transmit, display, and use User Data only as necessary to provide, operate, secure, maintain, support, debug, improve, and enforce the Service, and to comply with applicable law.
You represent that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and legal basis necessary to submit, transmit, process, store, and use User Data through the Service, and to grant Adal the rights described in these Terms.
You must not use Adal’s name, logos, trademarks, branding, screenshots, or other identifying materials in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or affiliation without Adal’s prior written permission, except where allowed by law or by Adal’s published brand guidelines.
We may use your company name, product name, logo, testimonial, or public statement for marketing or promotional purposes only with your prior written consent.
Feedback
You may choose to provide comments, ideas, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, improvements, or other feedback about the Service (“Feedback”).
You agree that Adal may use, copy, modify, publish, distribute, implement, commercialize, or otherwise exploit Feedback for any purpose, without restriction, compensation, attribution, approval, or obligation to you.
Providing Feedback does not give you any ownership rights, intellectual property rights, or other rights in the Service, any Adal product, feature, improvement, documentation, roadmap, business idea, or related material.
Adal is not required to review, accept, implement, respond to, maintain confidentiality of, or continue using any Feedback.
You represent that you have the right to provide any Feedback that you submit and that your Feedback does not violate any third-party rights, confidentiality obligations, employment obligations, contractual restrictions, or applicable laws.
If you send Feedback that includes code, examples, configuration, documentation, text, screenshots, or other materials, you grant Adal the right to use those materials as part of the Feedback under this section.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Where the Service provides account deletion or cancellation controls, you may use those controls to delete your Account, cancel a Plan, or stop using paid features. You may also contact Adal if you need assistance with Account closure, billing cancellation, or data deletion.
Adal may suspend, restrict, downgrade, disable, or terminate your access to the Service, your Account, specific Servers, Destinations, Requests, Deliveries, Replay functionality, CLI sessions, API access, tokens, or other features if we reasonably believe that:
- you have violated these Terms
- your use of the Service creates a security, legal, operational, abuse, fraud, or reputational risk
- your Account, credentials, Server URLs, tokens, or CLI credentials have been compromised or are likely to be compromised
- your use of the Service harms, disrupts, overloads, or negatively affects Adal, other users, third parties, infrastructure, networks, or connected systems
- your use exceeds applicable Plan limits, technical limits, rate limits, or fair use expectations
- you fail to pay applicable fees or a payment is reversed, disputed, or remains unpaid
- we are required to do so by law, regulation, court order, government request, payment provider, infrastructure provider, or other applicable third-party requirement
- continuing to provide the Service would expose Adal, users, or third parties to unacceptable risk
Where reasonable, Adal may provide notice before or after taking such action. However, Adal may act immediately and without prior notice if necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties, infrastructure, data, or Adal.
Suspension or termination may result in loss of access to your Account, Servers, Destinations, Requests, Request bodies, Delivery history, logs, configuration, tokens, CLI sessions, paid features, or other User Data.
If your Account is suspended or terminated, Adal may retain or delete User Data in accordance with these Terms, the applicable Plan, the Privacy Policy, and Adal’s legal, security, billing, operational, and data retention requirements.
Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred before termination and does not limit Adal’s rights to enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, recover amounts owed, preserve records, or comply with legal obligations.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive suspension or termination will continue to apply, including sections relating to User Data, retention, billing, intellectual property, feedback, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

- the amount you paid to Adal for the Service during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- USD 100
The limitations in this section apply even if Adal has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

- your violation of applicable laws, regulations, third-party rights, contracts, platform policies, or privacy obligations
- your configuration or operation of systems that send Requests to Adal or receive Requests from Adal
- your use of third-party services together with Adal
- any actual or alleged infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights, privacy rights, data protection rights, confidentiality obligations, or other rights of any third party

Adal may, at its own expense, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. In that case, you agree to cooperate with Adal in the defense of that matter.
You must not settle any claim in a way that imposes any obligation, liability, admission, restriction, or expense on Adal without Adal’s prior written consent.
This indemnification obligation will continue after your access to the Service ends or your Account is suspended, cancelled, or terminated.
Changes to These Terms
Adal may update, modify, or replace these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we may update the “Last updated” date at the top of these Terms and publish the revised version on the Adal website or another appropriate location.
If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice where reasonable, such as by email, dashboard notification, website notice, or other appropriate means.
Changes will take effect when the updated Terms are published, unless a later effective date is stated.
Your continued access to or use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect means that you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service before the changes take effect. Where applicable, you may cancel your Plan or close your Account according to the available Service controls.
Adal may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service separately from these Terms, as described in these Terms or in applicable Plan, product, or technical documentation.
The version of these Terms in effect at the time of your use of the Service will apply to that use, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, your Account, User Data, or your use of the Service will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Before starting formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the email address associated with your Account.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable mandatory law, including mandatory consumer protection rights where they apply.
If you use the Service as a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
If any part of this section is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, the remaining parts will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
